Hmm, looks like a cross between a smoking jacket and a grandpa sweater . . . which could actually fill a hole in my wardrobe.
I got that sweater this weekend. You are right it looks like a tuxedo jacket and it looked so cute with my toothpick jeans.
I need this in my life right now! But the nearby B&Ms never carry ANYTHING in XL. Grrrr.
It's just not doing it for me. With the tuxedo vibe- I would rather go with a jacket and the structure it would offer.
i really liked the idea but when i tried it on it just looked sloppy. Maybe charcoal with a darker lapel would have looked sharper...just a navy/blackish figure-hiding meh on me.

Heh Sweetsy, at first I was scoffing a little at the item but then thought "hey, that silly hybrid could really work for some occasions!"
It could be a modern version of hostess pajamas (my 70s early childhood is showing). For example, if you are having people over to watch a movie or play a game and want to be very comfortable yet still fell an obligation as hostess to be somewhat spiffy :-)
Oh, and I could wear last year's satin-stripe tuxedo sweatpants with it, hahahaha.
